I have operated at the heart of the media and digital marketing sectors — both as a senior executive at companies like ProSieben, Dentsu, and AutoScout24, and as an entrepreneur. This experience led me to a clear conclusion: success isn’t built on rigid strategy, but is driven by the right match of people and partners. I am convinced that the best outcomes only happen when competence, chemistry, and trust allow the right parties to find each other and build something meaningful.
My work is about "Revealing What’s Next“ — decoding complex setups to identify where real momentum is hidden. Whether re-positioning DMEXCO as a leading platform for the digital media industry or advising new conference and platform formats such as Bits & Pretzels, my focus has always been on curating environments where the right people connect in ways that actually move the needle. I don’t just open doors; I ensure the right people are in the room for the right reasons.
At UNCODED, my team and I turn this into action. We design platforms like NXTGEN Club and work directly with leaders (executives) to scale their business models. We don't do abstract theory; we focus on what actually works. To stay sharp, I remain an active practitioner through Superlyst VC and other Ventures, staying closely involved in the realities of fundraising and market entry. We aren’t just giving advice — we are in the market every day.
